You can have your ordered books shipped (by way of postal service) or have them transferred to whichever store is most convenient for you. The significant advantage of having them transferred to a store is that you don’t have to pay any shipping costs! Also, there is no obligation to buy the book. You can have a look at it and decide then and there whether you buy it or not. This is how it works: after we’ve picked out your order, you receive a message when your ordered books will be available at the store you selected. This can take a couple of days up to two weeks, dependant on the route the book has to make to arrive at the store. Why this difference in delivery time? Every Thursday we pick up and deliver the orders. The route takes us from Westerlo to Leuven, from there on to Antwerp and finally back to Westerlo. So a book that has to go from Antwerp to Leuven will arrive in Leuven the week after. The books will remain in the store for a period of about 8 weeks. Within that period you can visit the store and examine your book(s). If the order is still in our store after 8 weeks, it will be sent to our warehouse. There it will again be made available for purchase.
